Coffee Coaster gift for my surgeon

On the X-ray it looked like a needle was stuck in my foot. The surgeon found the remark ‘professional embroidery’ so funny that he spilled his coffee laughing. During the foot surgery it turned out that a nail had probably been completely ingrown for decades and the surgery became quite a job.
Out of gratitude, he received this small gift: a coffee coaster.
