The water temperature for tea .

Looking with the naked eye into a pan of warming water,
you can estimate the right water temperature for the right type of tea.

Delicate Green tea.   70 to 80 degrees : shrimp eyes .

White Oolong.           80 to 85 degrees : crawfish eyes

Bai mu dan.               85 to 90 degrees : fisheyes

Darjeeling.                 90 to 95 degrees :  strings of pearls

Pu-erh.                        95 to 100 degrees :  raging beetles
